Pipe Stand’s unidirectional pipe rigging rollers are used for the safe transport of round objects around the job site with ease and generally help tradesmen do their work more efficiently.

Our HZ2-100 helps protect the exterior of pipe (coatings/yellow jacket) during crossing installations (i.e. river, road, crossings) and reduces drag/pulling forces substantially. Using our HZ2-100 pipe rack rigging system rollers provides a safer way of installing spooled pipes with fewer pinch points, less tugging, and it also decreases the crane time by up to 40%. Lastly, LJ’s HZ6-200 improves the process of loading pipes onto modular construction pipe systems and racks.

Our HZ6-200 has a loading capacity of 2 tons and diameter range 2″–16″ or 2″-32″ / 50.8 mm – 406.4 mm or 50.8 mm – 812.8 mm, depending on your needs. Our unidirectional rollers are designed to be lightweight, with beam clamps for quick installation and various roller head options so that pipe can be easily, safely, and efficiently be installed. Some additional features we offer include handles for easy lifting and moving on-site.
