Our low profile floor turntable TRN30-200 produces consistent, interruption-free welding of the circumference or periphery objects which leads to reducing rework, improving weld quality, and aesthetic. Another benefit our TRN30-200 provides is reduced welder fatigue with a more ergonomic work environment that is secured by continuous weld in the best position. Furthermore, our low profile turntables provide a cost-effective method of rotating pipes and vessels and enable precise positioning in the flat or horizontal position.

Our low profile turntables, or welding rotating tables, provide a high-precision, low-cost method of rotating a pipe, vessel, or industrial workpiece around a vertical axis. Pipe Stand’s low profile turntables are compact machines that can be fully integrated with column and boom welders and robots. We also provide various accessories and options that can be added upon the customer’s request. That includes different hand pendants, foot-switches, work holding, or upgraded control options. Finally, Pipe Stand’s TRN30-200 has a loading capacity of 30 tons and a table that can rotate cylindrical objects with a diameter up to 1,524 mm / 60″.
