Ideal for larger work pieces, the P60PS has adjustable working heights ranging from 1,854.2 mm – 3,683.0 mm / 73″ to 145″ in increments of 203.2 mm / 8″. It handles outer diameter (OD) pipe ranging from 50.8 mm to 1,524.0 mm / 2 to 60 inches.
The positioner has a footprint of 3,387.2 mm x 2,438.4 mm xx 2,667.0 mm / 133″ x 96″ x 105″. Its compact design makes it ideal for shops welding with limited floor space. The ground capacity of the equipment is 1,500 Amps and power requirements are 480V, 3ph. but, modifications to the power requirements and height ranges are possible. Its rotation speed is between 0.04-0.8 rotations per minute (RPM) to make sure steady control and torque when rotating your weldment.
It has extra heavy-duty worm gear and brake motors along with dynamic braking system. Together, these components ensure that the desired rotation. They enhance the efficiency of this positioner. As the positioner offers easy access to the work piece, it significantly improves the welding quality.
