Pipe Rollers

Pipeline rollers can support, guide, and protect a section of the pipeline during crossings by rivers and roads. Pipe guide rollers reduce drag forces when a pipe is pulled through horizontally bored or drilled holes.

Pipe Standmakes conical or conveyor roller-style pipe rollers. They are suitable for applications that range from 2” HDPE pipe up to 48” heavy walled pipe with capacities of 1,000 to 80,000 lbs.

Pipeline rollers can be used to cross pipelines or protect the pipe’s exterior for pipes up to 48 inches in diameter. Pipe guide rollers reduce drag forces when the pipe is pulled through horizontally bored or drilled holes. Pipeline cradles can be used for small diameter pipes up to 12 inches.

Pipeline rollers can also be referred to by:

  • Pipe Guide Rollers
  • Pipeline Crossing Rollers
  • Horizontal Rollers
  • Pipe pulling rollers
  • Pipe Drag Section Rollers

Pipe Roller Systems: What Are the Different Types?

Installers can use pipe roller systems to repair or build any size pipe. Single or double-sided steel pipe support systems are available in single and double designs. They are designed to support large pipes and support pipe systems once they have been installed. Pipe rollers are used to roll heavy pipes in place, ensuring maximum accessibility and efficiency.

  • Standard pipe roller systems

Standard pipe rollers are available for condensate, gas, and electrical conduit. When pipe suspension or height adjustment is required, Hanging Pipe Supports can be used.

  • Trenchless pipe rolling systems and roller systems

For use in harsh environments, trenchless pipe roller systems, and systems and roller systems and systems are made from hardened Polyurethane. These low-profile, adjustable roller systems are cost-effective and easy to use for handling pipes. These pipe rollers have a Polyurethane hardness range of 50A to 75D. Pipe supports and cradles are available in stackable, tunneling, and V-roller styles.

  • Stackable pipe roller systems

Stackable Pipe Roller Systems are simple to transport and have a stackable design that reduces transportation costs. You can choose from lightweight bases or heavier base frames for easy handling and positioning to protect larger pipes from being moved during handling.

  • Pipe roller slings

Rollie cradles, also known as pipe roller slings, are indispensable accessories for steel, coated, and plastic pipe handling applications. They are commonly used for pipeline staging, rigging, and other purposes. Pipe slings are used to lay welded pipe in a trench, lift pipe over rough surfaces during drag and drive a bend during launch. As the pipe is applied, a pipe rolling spreader bar supports it.

Internal Pipe Rolling Clamp

The Steel Ball Pipe Roller System or Internal Pipe Rolling Clamp is suited for uncoated steel pipe, while Nylon balls are fit to pipes with coatings or HDPE/PE pipes. With the supplied fasteners, their unique base frame design allows the frame to be clad to the top member of structural steel sections.
